We are now looking to expand our team with a Junior Sales Associate who is eager to work with modern technologies on projects that have real business impact.
What we expect from you:
- Sales-related responsibilities
- Handling and coordinating classic sales-related customer tasks
- Maintaining contact with clients through designated points of contact
- Supporting the commercial contracting process: preparing documents, managing signatures, and tracking progress
- Preparing offers related to new contracts
- Actively participating in the preparation of new contracts and contract amendments (including coordination with internal professional teams)
- Monitoring and managing procurement communication channels
- Maintaining and tracking active contracts (licenses, pricing, validity periods, etc.) and managing related reports
- Project management-type tasks
- Preparing complex offers and managing the offer compilation process
- Acting as a liaison between sales and project managers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- University or college degree
- Previous sales and/or project experience, with at least 1 year of prior employment
